• Cancellations at least 30 days before the event qualify for a 70% refund (30% handling fee applies).
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
• No-shows or missed participation are non-refundable.
• Registrations and festival passes may be transferred with approval.
• Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the event.
• If RFS Onslaught cancels the event, participants receive a full refund (excluding third-party transaction fees).
• If rescheduled, registrations may be transferred or refunded per this policy.
